Coi Leray and Trippie Redd have shared exciting news with their fans: the couple is expecting their first child together. The announcement comes just months after the two rekindled their romance in August.
On Wednesday, January 1, Coi took to Instagram to reveal the big news. She posted a series of photos, including one that showcased her baby bump and another featuring Trippie lovingly embracing her stomach. Alongside the photos, the “Players” artist captioned: “I’m a rock star mommy, we ready for 2025.”
The 27-year-old rapper also shared more details on her Instagram Stories, posting a close-up of her growing belly and writing, “I’m over 4 months. I’m just small as hell of course.”
The couple confirmed their reunion last summer after making a public display of affection during one of Coi’s performances. The two embraced and shared a passionate kiss onstage, thrilling the audience. At the time, Coi expressed her gratitude in a since-deleted Instagram post, writing: “Thank you for turning up with me on my last show day in Ohio @trippieredd the world loves you and so do I.”
Trippie later opened up about how he and Coi reconnected. Speaking to TMZ, he explained, “I reached out and said I missed her. We were keeping things lowkey for a little while — just talking. That’s my boo.”
The two initially dated briefly in 2019 but went through a highly publicized breakup.
